AI defocus eye protection technology debuted at the MWC 2024 event. It uses a defocused smart display panel which remains conducive to eye health.

From the name, the latest display solution runs on AI algorithms. It boosts and stimulates light using six factors: fluctuation, brightness, rhythm, color, stroboscopic, and spectrum. Thus, it unlocks a circularly polarized light PWM dimming

Honor has shared the new teaser regarding the AI defocus eye protection tech for the Magic 7 series. The teaser shows a giant display panel and the caption reads:

Since it’s AI, it identifies your surroundings and adjusts the screen light accordingly. It also learns your sleeping habits and turns the brightness for better sleep quality.
